    SEEP中外渗透式国际教育项目正式启动一年以来，得到了地方政府及教育主管部门的充分认可，一切正朝着良好的方向发展。2006年度我们在全国选择了三所不同办学性质的学校进行项目试验，在这期间也发现了不少问题，为项目服务内容的丰富、调整提供了最有价值的信息和理论依据。客观地评价，SEEP国际教育项目是比较适合地方完全公办体制的优质品牌学校合作与发展的。因为公办体制学校的办学模式比较传统，层次单一；资金来源主要依靠政府财政拨款，市场竞争意识相对薄弱。学校只有管理意识，确切地说没有经营意识。所以，只有引进具有发展潜力的国际化实用性强的教育项目来改善公办学校以往单一的管理与经营不协调的现实矛盾，也就是说，只有发展才能生存，只有创新才能永立不败之地，才能保持曾经的优势与辉煌。
